PAYMENT OPTIONS
ComGate Payment Gateway
· Online card payment (VISA, MasterCard): After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the ComGate online payment gateway, where you can make a payment using your payment card. The internet payment gateway supports payments using cards from Visa and Mastercard. The gateway fully supports 3D Secure security, is completely safe, and does not share any card information. After a successful payment, you will see an order confirmation, which will also be sent to your email.
· Google Pay, Apple Pay.
· Payments via bank button (online payment).
Online bank transfer (payment via bank button) through the ComGate payment gateway. Payment is immediate, and the money is deducted from your account right away. How does it work? During the order process in the shopping cart, select online bank transfer as the payment method, and choose your bank. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to your online banking page. Once logged in, a pre-filled payment order will be waiting for you, which just needs to be confirmed, and the payment is completed.
Encountered a payment error? Don’t worry. You will receive instructions for bank transfer payment via email.
Cash on Delivery
You will pay upon receiving the goods from the Czech Post or PPL courier, at Czech Post branches, Balíkovna branches, PPL Parcel Shop branches, or Zásilkovna branches. For this payment method, we charge a cash on delivery fee depending on the carrier. The current fee for the selected payment (including VAT) will always be displayed in the shopping cart.
Bank Transfer
· After completing the order, you will receive an email with instructions for the transfer and information about shipping time. If payment is not credited to our bank account within 4 business days, the order will be canceled.
PayPal
Payments from Abroad
All payments in the online store are made only in Czech crowns or via Czech payment cards – we do not perform conversions from other currencies. If you make a payment from a foreign account, there might be difficulties matching the payment with the order due to conversions or additional fees. The order price may also increase due to foreign account transfer fees.
